Louis is where Italian-American cuisine meets sophisticated live entertainment. Established as a new concept in Manchester’s Spinningfields (opening in September 2024) after three years of careful development, the venue draws inspiration from the golden age of New York dining and jazz-club culture.

On the menu you’ll find refined Italian-American dishes crafted by Executive Chef Ippokratis Anagnostelis and Chef Matteo D’Elia, paired with cocktails poured straight up and a stage for live jazz, soul and big-band performances.
