Cut and Craft
The Cut & Craft has carved out its place as a destination where premium steak and seafood meet stylish, contemporary dining. Founded in York and now operating across York, Leeds and Manchester, the group began with a mission to bring master-butchered, 60-day-aged Aberdeen Angus steaks to its historic Yorkshire hometown.
Their Manchester venue occupies the striking Grade II*-listed former Manchester & Salford Bank building on Mosley Street — originally designed by architect Edward Walters in Italian-palazzo style in 1862 — re-imagined as a glamorous restaurant with soaring ceilings and refined detailing.
The Cut & Craft experience is defined not just by its food — sustainably-sourced fish, inventive brunches, craft cocktails and a lively setting — but also by its deep respect for character, place and occasion.
Garmentec's uniform design partnership with Cut and Craft aligns perfectly with their ethos: creating elevated, cohesive staff presentation to complement an atmosphere of heritage, luxury and contemporary energy and perfectly matching the decor.
