Your style, Your fit, Your signature look.

Brief and Consultation
At Garmentec, every uniform project begins with a brief and consultation meeting. This is where we sit down with you to understand your brand, your team, and the specific needs of your workplace. During the consultation, our experienced design and account management team will discuss your vision, functional requirements, colour preferences, and budget to ensure we capture every detail. This collaborative session sets the foundation for a uniform that aligns perfectly with your brand identity and delivers comfort, quality, and style.

Mood Boards
Before we move into detailed design concepts, our team develops Mood Boards to capture the overall look, feel, and inspiration for your uniform range.

These boards bring together imagery, textures, colour palettes, and brand elements to establish the creative direction and tone of your collection.
By visualising style influences and brand personality early in the process, we ensure every design decision — from fabric selection to finishing touches — aligns seamlessly with your company’s image and venue.

Design Boards
At Garmentec, we believe that every great uniform starts with a great idea — and our Design Boards are where those ideas come to life.

Our design boards give you a clear, visual presentation of your uniform concept. Each board is thoughtfully curated by our in-house design team to showcase fabric options, colour palettes, logo placement, and styling details — ensuring every element aligns with your brand identity.

Whether you’re developing a new uniform range or refreshing your current look, our design boards make the process seamless and collaborative. You’ll be able to:
-
Visualize your complete uniform range — from individual garments to full team looks.
-
Compare colors, fabrics, and trims for consistency across all styles.
-
Refine and approve designs with confidence before moving to production.
Our goal is to create uniforms that not only look great but also reflect the values and professionalism of your brand. With our design boards, you’ll have the perfect tool to see your vision — before it becomes reality.

Pantone Colours
We understand the importance of brand consistency.
That’s why we work with Pantone colour matching to ensure every element of your uniform — from fabrics and trims to embroidery and logos — perfectly reflects your brand identity. Our team carefully sources fabrics and have the ability to source custom-dyed materials to achieve precise colour accuracy such as sublimation and custom prints, so your uniforms not only look cohesive but truly represent who you are.

Design Development
Once the creative direction is established, our team moves into Design Development — where ideas take shape and every detail is refined.
We translate concepts into fully realised uniform designs, exploring garment styles, technical specifications, fabric combinations, and branding applications. Through a collaborative review process, we fine-tune each element to ensure the perfect balance of functionality, comfort, and brand representation.
The result is a cohesive, ready-to-produce collection that looks as good as it performs.

Styling
We pride ourselves on creating uniforms that are not only functional but stylish and on-brand. Our design team works closely with each client to develop custom styling solutions that capture the essence of your business — from garment cuts, tailored fits and fabric choices to the finer details and finishing — such as cufflinks, buttons, ties, tie clips, and other accessories — every element is thoughtfully considered.
We combine fashion-forward design with practicality to ensure your team looks polished, confident, and aligned with your brand image.
Samples
Once designs are approved, we move into the Sampling stage — where creative concepts are transformed into tangible garments.
Our team produces detailed prototype samples that showcase fabric choices, trims, branding applications, and overall construction quality. We can also provide fitting samples and wearer trial samples to test comfort, functionality, and durability in real working conditions.
This stage allows you to review every aspect of your uniform design before full production, ensuring the final collection meets the highest standards of quality, fit, and performance.
